🌍 We’re Hiring: Manager – International Sales & Business Development Petra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Sales Leader who can manage teams, drive business growth across international and domestic markets, and build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Lead Management & Conversion – Identify, qualify, and manage leads from exhibitions, portals and direct contacts. Nurture prospects through the sales funnel and convert them into long-term clients. 🔹 Team Supervision & Coordination – Guide and mentor the sales team, allocate leads by geography/product, and set & monitor KPIs. 🔹 Market & Customer Intelligence – Research new markets, competitors, and customer requirements to improve offerings and discover growth opportunities. 🔹 CRM & Sales Tools – Maintain accurate data in ZOHO Bigin, track communication, quotations, samples, and analyze sales data to boost productivity. 🔹 Proposal & Negotiation – Prepare commercial offers and support in closing high-value deals. 🔹 Customer Relationship Management – Build strong relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction. 🔹 Sales Reporting – Generate reports on lead conversion and sales performance. 🔹 Trade Shows & Events – Plan and participate in trade fairs and exhibitions. 🔹 Product & Market Expansion – Identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities. What We’re Looking For ✔️ Proven experience in international & domestic sales ✔️ Strong team handling & leadership skills ✔️ Ability to travel for exhibitions, client meetings, and trade shows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical preferred)
