Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Mumbai About the Role We are hiring a Manager – Lending Partnerships to drive growth and revenue for our Home Loan (HL) / Personal Loan (PL) business through strong banking partnerships. The role involves managing lender relationships, owning vertical performance, and executing joint growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow relationships with banks/NBFC partners; act as the primary point of contact • Own growth & revenue targets for the Home Loan vertical • Define and track KPIs (leads, approvals, conversion, disbursals) and drive partner performance • Execute joint programs/campaigns and co-marketing initiatives to boost lead generation & conversion • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, ops, credit) for smooth execution and issue resolution Requirements • 3–5 years experience in lending (HL/PL) with partnership/business growth exposure • Strong understanding of lending lifecycle and stakeholder management • Excellent communication, negotiation, and KPI-driven execution skills
