Accountabilities Major Activities Key Result Areas Manage Airport Bidding Processes Undertake the preliminary analysis, prepara ... tion of business plan, bid-preparation and documentation, competition assessment, submission Ensure all major project bids are submitted on or before the deadline, with a high on-time submission rate. Percentage of bids submitted on time (%) Evaluation of M&A transactions Undertake the preliminary analysis, preparation of business plan, submission of NBO, due-diligence, negotiations, documentation and closure Number of transactions evaluated (X) Liaise with Government and Economic Development Agencies Meet key government officials, submit necessary documentation on time, and maintain regular follow-up to address any inquiries. Ongoing Analyze Business Plans and Proposals Evaluate business plans and proposals to assess their viability and alignment with airport strategic goals. Provide recommendations for approval or modification as needed. Goal alignment (%) Qualifications Education Qualification: • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) or Chartered Accountant preferred, with a focus on Strategic Management or Business Development. Experience in airport strategy. Relevant Experience • 2-3 years of experience in business development, managing tenders and bids, merger and acquisition. strategy, financial analysis preferably within the aviation or transportation sectors. • Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships, contracts, and capital improvement projects. • Experience in financial modelling, analysis and strategic planning.
