🚀 We’re Hiring: Manager – Middle Funnel | BANXX At BANXX, we’re building smarter, faster, and more responsible digital lending journeys. We’re looking for a Manager Middle Funnel who can own conversions beyond just lead generation and turn intent into actual disbursals. 🎯 Role Objective Own and optimize the middle funnel (Lead → Approval → Disbursal) across lending products, driving higher conversions, faster TATs, and incremental revenue through data-led execution. 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Own and optimize the middle funnel across all lending products • Generate incremental leads via digital channels (retargeting, CRM audiences, lookalikes) with a strong ROI focus • Drive WhatsApp-led retargeting journeys to recover dropped, incomplete, and soft-approved cases • Manage call-centre assisted conversions for high-intent and warm leads • Reduce funnel drop-offs using smart nudges, assisted follow-ups, and alternate lender routing • Improve core metrics: conversion %, approval rate, disbursal rate, RPL & TAT • Work closely with Product & Tech to automate WA triggers, calling logic, and journey flows • Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness • Coordinate with banks & NBFC partners to improve approvals and reduce rejections • Track performance via daily/weekly MIS, cohort analysis & A/B testing • Ensure compliance with DND, consent, and digital lending guidelines • Drive incremental revenue through funnel recovery and smarter engagement 👤 Who Should Apply If you enjoy solving funnel drop-offs, love data-driven growth, and want to build scalable lending journeys this role is for you. 📩 Interested?
