Job Descriptions: • Own the overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes: Onboarding new customers, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, identifying upsell potential, and driving customer satisfaction. • Actively engage clients through all phases, ensure their satisfaction through timely communication and effectively handle the escalations. • Proactively identify opportunities and optimization points where we can deliver even greater value for our clients. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. • Effectively address customer queries and manage a diverse set of issues until resolved. • Provide regular customer updates to the Management, including high-risk customers and customers with high upsell potential. • Develop strategies for establishing partnerships and business relationships to market online products or services.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant customer success experience
- General understanding of the digital marketing space
- Excellent written, verbal communication and inter-personal skills
