We are seeking an experienced Manager of Program Management to oversee and drive our program initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and leading teams to achieve strategic goals. Responsibilities • Lead and manage multiple program initiatives from inception to completion. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Monitor program progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding program status and updates. • Facilitate communication between teams and ensure all project requirements are met. • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior program management staff. • Prepare and present program reports to senior management.

• Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 10-20 years of experience in program management or project management
