About The Role• Own the Website Roadmap: Develop and maintain a strategic, data-driven roadmap for the https://aspireapp.com and all global sites, aligning with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and GTM strategies. • Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Act as the primary project manager for all website initiatives, coordinating resources across design, development, content/copywriting, and product marketing. • Project management: Manage a team of web developers by implementing a Kanban process to ensure timely and high-quality deployment of new features, landing pages, and bug fixes. • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor core website metrics, including site speed (Core Web Vitals), site health, traffic, and click-through rates. • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct deep-dive analysis using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to report on campaign metrics, traffic metrics, and website user behaviour. • Internationalization & Localization: Manage and coordinate the deployment of new websites in new market launches, ensuring accurate localization and adherence to compliance frameworks. • Quality Assurance (QA): Oversee the QA process for all website deployments to ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, data integrity (tracking), and adherence to design standards before launch. • End-to-End A/B Testing: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of all website experiments (A/B testing, personalization, dynamic content) focused on improving conversion rates from lead to customer. • Implementation of AI: Build workflows using AI to automate processes, find insights, and conduct analysis. Generate layouts and page mock-ups using AI. Minimum Qualifications• Proven Experience in Web Project Management: 4+ years of dedicated experience leading complex website projects (launches, redesigns, migrations, feature development) for a high-growth B2B or SaaS company, across several stakeholders. • Multi-Market Experience: Direct experience managing and scaling a corporate website across multiple markets and languages (localization, legal compliance, regional performance optimization). • Web Analytics Proficiency: Skilled in the use of Google Analytics to build custom reports, track funnels, and identify conversion drop-off points. • A/B Testing & Experimentation Ownership: Direct experience owning the end-to-end CRO process: from conducting quantitative and qualitative research (heatmaps, session recordings, surveys) to hypothesis generation, test setup, and statistically sound result analysis. • Webflow and frameworks: Direct, hands-on experience managing a modern CMS, particularly Webflow. Experience with using Relume, Figma, and implementing Client-First framework by FinSweet. • Technical SEO Comprehension: A solid understanding of how website architecture, site speed (Core Web Vitals), and development choices impact Search Engine Optimization (SEO) or experience collaborating with SEO specialists.
