Lattice MedTech seeks a hands-on Manager – Operations and Supply Chain to oversee medical device distribution across multiple operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role drives operational efficiency, quality compliance, and inventory optimization to support aggressive topline growth targets from our performance dashboard. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end medical device distribution operations, ensuring compliance with storage norms, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and quality systems like ISO 13485. • Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs to streamline warehousing, order fulfillment, and process workflows. • Oversee inventory management, including Materials Master maintenance, cycle counts, monthly stock reconciliation, and ABC analysis to minimize stockouts and slow-moving/expiry risks. • Lead logistics and distribution for multi-location operations, optimizing routes, carrier performance, and delivery SLAs to achieve >98% on-time delivery. • Drive Tally ERP proficiency across teams for GRN (Goods Receipt Note), PGI (Post Goods Issue), invoicing, credit notes, and return material quality assessments. • Collaborate with sales, finance, and quality teams to support direct business wins and distributor funnel progression, aligning with dashboard KPIs like Lattice Portfolio Sales. • Monitor key metrics (e.g., inventory turns, fill rates, expiry write-offs) and report monthly to CFO/executive team. Qualifications and Experience: • 5-8 years in medical device/pharma supply chain or operations, with proven multi-site distribution management. • Strong knowledge of medical device regulations, storage requirements (e.g., temperature-controlled chains), and GDP/quality systems. • Hands-on expertise with Tally or similar ERPs; familiarity with SAP modules a plus. • Excellent analytical skills for inventory optimization and process improvements (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred). • Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent advantageous.
