Job Title: Manager Organizational Development & Training Location: Fort, Churchgate Experience: 5–10 years Qualification: MBA (HR/Organizational Development/Training & Development) Key Responsibilities • Training Design & Development • Create structured training content, modules, and learning materials tailored to organizational needs. • Collaborate with business leaders to identify skill gaps and design interventions. • Ensure training programs are aligned with organizational goals and compliance standards. • Training Delivery • Conduct engaging training sessions for employees across levels. • Facilitate workshops, leadership programs, and functional skill-building sessions. • Coach and train subject matter experts (SMEs) to deliver effective learning experiences. • Business Partnership • Act as a bridge between HR and business units to understand evolving capability requirements. • Provide consultative support to leaders on organizational development initiatives. • Measure training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis. • Continuous Improvement • Stay updated with industry best practices in learning & development. • Introduce innovative learning methodologies (digital, blended, experiential). • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational culture. Required Skills & Competencies • Strong expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles. • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills. • Ability to coach and mentor SMEs for effective knowledge transfer. • Analytical mindset to measure training impact and recommend improvements. • Proficiency in using digital learning tools and platforms.
