Job Description: Your mission is to build and grow the Resellers vertical into a substantial revenue-generating acquisition channel for organization. Kindly note : You've to bring projects from first month itself. You'll Be Responsible For - 1. Managing a portfolio of key partners (agencies, consultants, resellers) 2. Driving joint initiatives that generate significant revenue and increase MRR for organization 3. Being their point of contact, and their growth partner for our company Flexible working hours, 10AM-7PM, Work from home. Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills : Qualification- 1. Sales expertise: You excel at prospecting, creating value propositions, and closing deals. 2. Relationship Skills: You excel at account management by offering proactive, thoughtful support without being pushy. You know how to nurture partnerships, build trust, and maximize value for all parties involved. 3. Strong experience with outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach: Deep expertise is essential, as this will be your main focus when advising Partners. 3. You're a self-starter who works independently and takes initiative. 4. You speak fluent English. 5. You've got 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a similar role for markets like UAE, UK, US. 6. You've worked with agencies, service integrators, or resellers for IT industry before. 7. You have Sales experience for 3+ years. Offered Benefits / Facilities : • After 2 weeks, You Will Have 1. Map and categorize key partners, conduct discovery meetings, and build a prioritized partnership roadmap. 2. Successfully onboard 10 new strategic partners with clear engagement models. 3. Achieve $20k monthly recurring revenue through partner-generated sales. 4. Launch co-selling initiatives with a partner. After 12 Months, You Will Have 1. Achieve $200k monthly recurring revenue through partner-generated sales. 2. Identify and validate new growth opportunities through partnerships. 3. Demonstrated that Partners is a key & profitable acquisition driver for organization that can further scale and that allows to acquire high quality revenue stream.
