We’re hiring | Manager – People Analytics (C&B Analytics) 📍 Location : Gurgaon (Only Delhi NCR candidates) 💼 Experience : 4–5 years Key Skills : HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, Excel, Market Benchmarking, Reporting & Dashboards, Vendor Payments, HR Systems, Strong Attention to Detail, Problem Solving & Communication Role Overview : • Deliver people analytics insights to support Total Rewards & People Strategy • Build dashboards and leadership reports • Salary benchmarking, merit & bonus analytics, HR cost governance • Market intelligence and best practices • Data-driven recommendations for senior leadership Role Summary The Manager – People Analytics will be responsible for transforming people data into actionable insights to support Total Rewards and broader People Strategy. The role will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing analytics-driven recommendations on compensation, rewards, workforce structure, and HR cost governance. This position also supports strategic people initiatives and leadership decision-making through robust analytics, reporting, and market intelligence. Key Responsibilities • Design and maintain dashboards to track the health of key people processes using intuitive visualizations • Analyze and synthesize people data to generate insights that support strategic HR and business decisions • Support the Total Rewards portfolio including salary design, market benchmarking, merit and bonus administration • Monitor external market pay ranges, compensation trends, and best practices • Provide insights on organizational structure, spans, and layers (internal vs external benchmarking) • Act as the single point of contact and subject matter expert for ad-hoc people analytics requests • Consolidate people data from multiple internal and external sources across the employee lifecycle to identify improvement opportunities • Drive initiatives to improve retention, engagement, and workforce effectiveness • Ensure central budget governance and monitoring of HR costs • Support NRC agenda, IRDA compliance requirements, and leadership reporting • Collaborate on cross-functional people projects and strategic initiatives Mandatory Skills • Strong HR Analytics capability • Compensation & Benefits knowledge • Advanced Excel and reporting skills • Market benchmarking • Vendor payments and HR cost tracking • Experience working with HR systems • High attention to detail • Strong problem-solving and communication skills MBA in HR (HR Analytics certification preferred), the incumbent's current ctc should be around 14-15 lpa minimum
