The Role • We are seeking a high-performing Manager for Project Management Office – Strategic Project management leader to lead the multidisciplinary complex projects related to Greenfield, R and D expansion and other critical programs across Loxim • This role will play a critical role in leading and driving execution of complex programs with high sense of urgency and agility • The ideal candidate will have strong prior experience of handling complex plant build outs and production layouts preferably in Pharma and Medical devices industry Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams involving engineering, chemistry, pharmaceutics, and related functions to ensure successful project execution. • Plan, implement, and oversee complex projects and programs using advanced project management tools and methodologies. • Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence through strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. • Utilize project management tools and frameworks such as Agile methodologies, MS Project, and other relevant software for planning, tracking, and reporting. • Manage and execute Greenfield and expansion projects, particularly within pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing environments. • Break down complex business and technical challenges into structured, actionable plans to ensure efficient project delivery. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including internal departments, external consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities. • Ensure timely execution of projects with effective monitoring, risk mitigation, and regular progress reporting to senior management. • Maintain high standards of compliance, governance, and ethical practices in all project-related activities. • Prepare and manage project budgets including CAPEX and OPEX planning, forecasting, and cost control. • Lead PMO team development including recruitment, coaching, performance management, and capability building. • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts through strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in managing projects within a dynamic and evolving business environment. • Ensure clear communication and structured reporting across all levels of the organization. Skills and Knowledge • Proven experience in Greenfield project execution, plant expansion, and large-scale capital projects in regulated environments. • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks, project governance, and compliance standards. • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
