Job Description Overall brand management of the assigned portfolio (Respiratory). Should be capable of establishing Key issues / opportunities, Design elements of strategy, Tactics, action plan, investment to impact market share, market growth strategies & enhance profit for the assigned portfolio Will be involved in new Product launch and prior experience of brand launch will be appreciated. Prepare robust brand plans: Conduct internal & external analysis, formulate strategic planning, monitor execution Good hold on MS office (especially Excel and power point) Product development and Brand planning: Develop and implement product plans & ensure they meet business objectives Good interpersonal and communication skills Financial focus: Ensure all Brand campaigns are effectively managed on time and within financial constraints Training sales team on brand plan execution in cycle meetings, managing conferences and related initiatives etc. Experience in digital marketing if any would be appreciated Candidate with experience of working in MNC or top Indian organization would be preferable Work Experience Minimum 2-3 years in Marketing Education Post Graduation in Marketing Graduation in Pharmacy Competencies Innovation & Creativity Process Excellence Collaboration Customer Centricity Developing Talent Strategic Agility Stakeholder Management Result Orientation
