Manager, Product Development, Fund Services We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Manager who will work on business analysis, requirement gathering and end to end project management of various applications within Agile/Scrum environments. The Product Development team is the engine at the heart of our MSFS technology ecosystem, ensuring our platforms perform seamlessly for clients and colleagues every day while leading transformative changes across our business. Through the team’s deep partnership with our Technology department, they are reimagining how we work and how clients and their investors engage with MSFS. Product Development is also at the forefront of adopting advanced technologies, including robotics and artificial intelligence, to deliver greater scale, efficiency, and operational excellence for MSFS and its stakeholders. What You’ll Do In The Role • Functional Knowledge: • Under the Test-Driven Development model, responsible to work with Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts to identify, get agreement on and execute the testing process. • Coordinates with onshore and offshore team members to ensure the requirements and testing is modelled according to business rules and required practices. • Functional and Regression: • Co-ordinates UAT and Production testing and validation for releases • Is responsible to track and log defects during execution • Helps co-ordinate and resolve production issues • Product rollouts to internal clients • Proactively seeks opportunities to improve existing reports and tools to provide an enhanced end user experience • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing processes. • Test Case Development: • Create comprehensive test case scenarios that cover all aspects of application functionality and performance. • Ensure test cases are up-to-date, well-documented, and aligned with business objectives as per Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities • Basic knowledge of hedge fund investor servicing, transfer agency, investor accounting and implementation of fund terms • Experience into leading Strategic & Process Efficiency / Process Improvements projects is preferred. • Responsible for design, delivery & implementation of strong & sustainable operating models for reporting & strategic projects. • Strong experience in gathering requirements, testing, system roll outs, data conversion and integration projects. • Strong project management skills with ability to take ownership & lead projects independently with minimum supervision. • Strong communication skills & ability to interface with executive management, business users and technology development teams in multiple locations. • Basic knowledge of latest industry leading digital solutions like robotics, surface automation, data analytics & data visualization • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders for prioritisation and tracking of requirements • Experience of working with cross functional distributed teams to ensure progress on strategic agenda. • Should be detailed oriented and must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work as part of focused globally distributed teams, in a complex matrix environment. • Experience working with technical teams (internal as well as vendor led) to drive the build out of systems. What You’ll Bring To The Role • Experience: • Functional knowledge within the banking domain, preferably with Capital Markets experience, hedge fund clients. Proven experience (6+ years) in business analysis, requirement gathering and end to end project management of various applications within Agile/Scrum environments. • Technical Skills: • Strong stakeholder management experience and understanding of fund services processes. • Have a good understanding of Software development lifecycle • Have experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously • Soft Skills: • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
