About the job

As a Manager, Product Management for AI/ML Model Governance at Capital One India, you will be joining the Machine Learning Experience (MLX) team. The MLX team plays a crucial role in building and deploying responsible GenAI and ML models, onboarding and educating associates on GenAI and ML platforms, driving innovation and research, and infusing Generative AI and ML into the company seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and communicating the product vision and strategy for your area of responsibility. - Understanding the needs of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and model risk officers across Capital One. - Partnering with business and technology leadership to prioritize key problems for solving. - Collaborating with teams in India and USA for alignment. - Incorporating design thinking and analytics for product design. - Maintaining a healthy backlog of work and playing a critical role in agile ceremonies. - Supporting the team in resolving impediments and serving as a connection between Customers, Capital One's mission, and Tech Partners. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors in Engineering or Technology. - At least 8 years of professional work experience. - Minimum 5 years of experience in product management. - Minimum 3 years of experience in building Enterprise AI/ML platform products or AI/ML powered products for enterprises. Preferred Qualifications: - MBA or Masters degree. - Expertise in building enterprise platform products focusing on AI/ML Model Governance and Automation. - Experience with Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies. - Experience in Data Science or Business Analytics.
