Manager Product ManagementCreate clear and comprehensive use cases, user stories, and detailed product requirements that articulate product functionality and guide development teams. Identify, prioritize, and deliver product improvements that enhance usability, performance, and overall customer experience. Leverage AI and AI-driven approaches to identify opportunities, enhance product capabilities, improve decision-making, and deliver smarter, more personalized user experiences. Work cross-functionally with design and technology teams to ensure high-quality, timely releases of product features and enhancements. 10+ years of relevant experience in product management or software implementation, with a proven track record of delivering successful products. ~ Strong background in software engineering, combined with hands-on experience in product management roles. ~ Prior experience managing a product throughout its complete lifecycle, from concept to scale. ~ A passion for data-driven decision making, with the ability to dive deep into data and derive meaningful insights. ~ Demonstrated experience in building, managing, or enhancing AI-powered products, or applying an AI-driven approach to product discovery, development, and delivery. ~ Experience working with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms. ~ Prior work experience in a SaaS environment is preferred. co is committed to building a workforce that reflects the richness of our society.
