Your focus will be to ensure that our website attracts the right audience and converts visitors into leads by optimizing user journeys, SEO, and conversion funnels. Key Responsibilities: • Define and optimize the website user flow and visitor journey • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility • Improve conversion rates (CRO) through better CTAs, landing pages, and lead forms • Analyze website performance metrics and identify growth opportunities • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to drive website improvements Preferred Background: We are especially interested in candidates with experience in: • SEO / Search Engine Optimization • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) • Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing • Website Analytics & User Journey Optimization Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush is a plus.
