Just Walk Out Services is a new kind of shopping experience with no lines and no checkout—you just grab and go. Our checkout-free shopping experience is made possible by our Just Walk Out (JWO) Technology, which automatically detects when products are taken from, or returned to the shelves, and keeps track of them in a cart. When you're done shopping, you can just leave the store. Just Walk Out Services is seeking a Manager, Program Management. As a leader on the team, you will be expected to operate at all levels, diving deep into the details while providing strategic inputs. You will be a key player in driving strategic planning, project execution, hiring and development of program management talent, and helping to shape the team as our Physical Stores program expands. A successful candidate will play an integral role in determining strategy, resources, features, schedules, and processes for cross-company projects. They operate with significant autonomy and demonstrate creativity and judgment when confronted with complex issues. You must have strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to influence others and dive deep, and a passion for technology. Key job responsibilities • Lead a team of program managers responsible for a particular vertical of Just Walk Out Physical Stores. • Lead the management of projects and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with our technical development teams and our business stakeholders. • Responsible for overall project delivery. • Establish and maintain project schedules, and perform risk management to minimize impact to the project critical path. • Help drive continuous improvement efforts. A day in the life In this role you will be working on challenging problems that need creative solutions. You should be comfortable building processes and challenging assumptions. You'll partner with our global teams to bring up the stores and you'll have a huge opportunity to influence processes and mechanisms to make improvements for our customers.
