We are seeking applications for the role of Manager Sales for East Pune Location. Do refer the detailed job description below - Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end commercial sales closures for high-value commercial inventory. • Act as a closing manager, handling client negotiations, pricing discussions, and final deal closures. • Understand investor mindset, ROI expectations, and leasing potential within the Kharadi micro-market. • Maintain regular and disciplined follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into closures. • Manage and engage Channel Partners, including lead allocation, follow-ups, site visits, and deal closures. • Ensure professional sales hygiene: CRM updates, documentation, MIS reporting, and timely communication. • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, CRM) for smooth deal execution. • Handle walk-ins, direct enquiries, and channel partner-generated leads effectively. Customer Relationship & Engagement • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers. • Oversee prompt follow-ups, negotiations, and post-sales coordination/handovers to CRM. Candidate Profile • Prior experience in commercial real estate sales, preferably in Kharadi or nearby micro-markets. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. • High energy, target-oriented mindset with a strong zeal to close deals. • Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong professional culture. • Strong local market knowledge of Pune (Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Magarpatta, etc.).
