Role Summary: The Manager – Sales & Hospitality will be responsible for end-to-end management of the Club House/Wellness Center/site/project, ensuring superior client experience, efficient site operations, and strong support to the sales function. This role demands leadership in customer coordination, site hospitality, and operational excellence while contributing directly to sales performance. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage overall operations of the club house/wellness center/project/cluster site, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning. • Own the end-to-end client experience for walk-ins, scheduled visits and channel partners, • Ensure premium hospitality standards during client interactions, meetings, and site visits. • Coordinate and support the sales team in lead management, follow-ups, and closures. • Monitor and improve conversion of walk-ins and enquiries into qualified leads and bookings. • Supervise site staff, front desk, and support teams to maintain service quality. • Maintain accurate records of site visits, client interactions, and sales support activities. • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for campaigns, site events, and promotions. • Ensure site office upkeep, branding, compliance, and overall presentation standards. • Prepare regular site performance reports and provide insights to senior management. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. • 8–10 years of experience in real estate site management, sales coordination, or hospitality-led roles. • Proven experience in managing teams and site-level operations. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Sales-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer experience.
