Location - Bengaluru/Delhi/ Mumbai Role Purpose - We are hiring for the role in Payments Business. As part of the Payments Business team, you will lead merchant engagements, drive adoption of Pine Labs’ product suite, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative payment, data, and commerce solutions. The responsibilities we entrust you with - • Identify, pursue, and onboard new merchants while driving conversations with prospective clients. • Pitch relevant solutions from Pine Labs’ product portfolio based on customer needs. • Manage and grow existing merchant relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Develop and deploy sales initiatives to increase demand, strengthen market presence, and build pipeline. • Drive merchant adoption of Pine Labs’ Offer Engine, enabling automated bank and brand offers across issuers while addressing key pain points such as financial reconciliation. • Leverage GrowthX intelligence tools — including AcquireX (new customer acquisition) and EngageX (curated insights on existing customers) — to help merchants make data-driven business decisions. • Support scale-up of Cross-Border Payments, including FX for import/export businesses, and contribute to expanding DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion) capabilities and upcoming PA/CB licensed offerings. • Drive engagement on the Invoicing Portal for distributor/dealer-led bulk payments, enabling integration with Qwikcilver’s rewards engine to incentivise retailer behaviour and streamline payouts to manufacturers. • Support the expansion of Payouts & Escrow as part of Connected Banking - exploring monetisation opportunities through integrations with accounting platforms and partner ecosystems. What matters in this role - • Overall Experience – 8 to 14 years in Sales • Proven ability in need-based solution selling and handling enterprise/large merchants. • Skilled in negotiating, influencing, and driving conversations across senior stakeholder levels. • Ability to articulate technical solutions clearly and translate them into business outcomes. • Experience in defining and executing go-to-market plans. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
