Role Overview: The Manager – Sales & Services will be responsible for driving regional sales growth and overseeing service delivery for BNB’s BMS, Security, Fire, Safety, and Automation solutions for entire Karnataka region. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Bangalore, with complete ownership of business development, key account management, and client‑facing service coordination. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, project execution, and operations teams to ensure that commercial commitments are delivered effectively on the ground. Major responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development: Ø Formulate and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets. Ø Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across BMS, Security, Fire, Safety, and Automation segments. Ø Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle: lead generation, techno-commercial engagement, proposal development, negotiation, and closure. Ø Build and maintain a robust pipeline through consultants, developers, channel partners, and direct clients Ø Drive strategic account management and serve as the primary point of contact for key customers Ø Translate customer requirements into solution-driven proposals aligned with project and operational needs Ø Foster long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and high satisfaction levels. 2. Service Delivery & Operations Coordination: Ø Work closely with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution. Ø Oversee post-sales delivery including installation, commissioning, and ongoing service support. Ø Monitor service quality, turnaround times, and SLA adherence; proactively manage escalations. Ø Ensure alignment between sales commitments, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines. Ø Support project planning with accurate scope definition, costing inputs, and expectation management. 3. Performance Tracking & Market Intelligence: Ø Track and report on sales performance, order bookings, service metrics, and overall account health. Ø Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform business strategy. Ø Drive continuous improvement in sales approach, pricing strategy, and solution positioning. Key Performance Indicators: 1. Identification and documentation of key market trends (technology, regulatory, and demand-side). 2. Ongoing tracking of competitor landscape including pricing, offerings, OEM partnerships, and project activity. 3. Number of actionable insights contributing to pricing optimization, solution refinement, or strategy shifts. 4. Measurable improvement in win rates driven by market and competitive intelligence 5. Structured collection and analysis of customer feedback (pain points, expectations, and preferences). 6. Generation of new leads, opportunities, and solution ideas through market insights.
