This role will focus on designing and implementing a future-ready learning ecosystem that upskills our engineers and leaders in AI capabilities, agile leadership, and innovation excellence. As the global L&D leader for our Tech hubs, you will act as a strategic advisor to the CTO, CPO, and site leadership teams, driving skills gap analysis, defining growth pathways, and shaping a strong culture of continuous learning. You will drive transformation across four strategic pillars: 1. Strategic Learning Architecture & AI Readiness; 2. Leadership Development & Manager Enablement; 3. Data-Driven Measurement & Learning Intelligence; 4. Learning Culture & Innovation Ecosystem.
