Hiring | Manager – Sourcing (Resin) 📍 Location: Noida 🕒 Experience: 8+ Years 🏭 Industry: Global Manufacturing | B2B Industrial Sales Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including general purchasing, supplier relationship management, and resourcing initiatives. • Prepare and manage RFQs, evaluate quotations, conduct commercial negotiations, and finalize sourcing agreements to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement. • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, proactively addressing and resolving supply-related issues. • Identify gaps within the existing supply base and recommend strategic actions to support future business requirements. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure supplier readiness and alignment with project timelines. • Monitor market-driven price fluctuations, obtain necessary approvals, and implement cost adjustments effectively. • Drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at total cost optimization and supply risk mitigation. • Strengthen expertise through continuous market research, supplier engagement, and industry trend analysis. Candidate Profile: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred). • Minimum 8+ years of experience in raw material procurement, specifically in resins. • Strong understanding of international trade rules and regulations. • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
