Job Position: Manager / Sr. Manager – Business Finance Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Manager / Sr. Manager – Business Finance within the Pharma industry. Responsibilities: - Oversee overall business finance activities, ensuring financial discipline and strategic alignment. - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business goals. - Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, profitability, and cost optimization. - Manage timely and accurate monthly and annual accounts closing and reporting. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and transfer pricing regulations. - Prepare and review MIS reports to provide actionable financial insights to management. - Coordinate internal and statutory audits, maintaining strong internal controls. - Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory policies. - Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and efficiency. - Support senior management through robust financial analysis. - Expertise in Business Finance, Budgeting, Forecasting, Accounts Closing, Taxation, Transfer Pricing, MIS, Audit & Compliance, and Team Leadership. Qualification - Experience: 5–15 Years (Pharma industry experience preferred) - Education: CA/CMA (mandatory) Work Location: MSN Corporate Office, Kondapur, Hyderabad.
