Job Title Manager / Sr. Manager Function Sales (Diesel and Gas Genset) Reports To Head – Sales Grade Location- Noida The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling gensets (Diesel and Gas Genset) to large industrial, infrastructure, and commercial clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company, drive strategic customer acquisition, and work closely with key stakeholders across industries.Desired Profile:Qualifications Electrical Engineering (Preferred) or Mechanical EngineeringKind of Experience SalesAny Other Frequent travel across India based on client/project needsResponsibilities • Lead sales initiatives for Diesel and Gas High Horsepower (HHP) Gensets across industrial and infrastructure sectors. • Build, manage, and nurture a pipeline of large-value opportunities through direct engagement with customers. • Prepare and deliver customized technical and commercial proposals. • Negotiate high-value contracts ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. • Liaise closely with internal teams (engineering, project management, service) to deliver solutions from concept to commissioning. • Conduct market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to optimize strategies. • Regular client meetings, industrial visits, and active participation in industry events. • Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.Key Skills • Strong understanding of genset applications (industrial, commercial, critical facilities). • Expertise in high-value, consultative sales processes. • Ability to build strong client relationships and manage complex sales cycles. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong commercial and business acumen.
