Job Title: Manager – Store & Logistics Company: Alpex Solar Limited Location: Greater Noida / Kosi Mathura Department: Supply Chain / Operations Experience Required: 5–10 Years Job Summary: Alpex Solar Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager – Store & Logistics to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics activities across plant locations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient material handling, timely dispatch, and seamless coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee store and warehouse operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods • Maintain accurate inventory management and stock control (FIFO/LIFO) • Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams for smooth material flow • Manage logistics and transportation for timely deliveries • Ensure proper documentation such as GRN, invoices, dispatch records • Implement and monitor ERP/WMS systems for inventory tracking • Conduct regular stock audits and ensure minimum discrepancies • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies • Lead, train, and manage store and logistics team • Identify opportunities for cost optimization in logistics operations Key Skills & Requirements: • Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics operations • Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) • Excellent leadership and team management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability • Good communication and coordination skills • Knowledge of supply chain management practices Educational Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field • MBA/PGDM preferred Preferred Industry Experience: • Solar / Manufacturing / EPC / Electrical / Renewable Energy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • Inventory accuracy • On-time dispatch • Logistics cost reduction • Warehouse efficiency • Audit compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA/PGDM preferred
