Role Summary/Purpose: The Manager, Strategic Initiatives will support the coordination and execution of key initiatives aimed at improving model development, governance, and transform processes and projects. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and milestone tracking for cross-functional initiatives related to model development and transformation. • Support the research, development, and rollout of “incubation” models leveraging AWS tools (e.g., SageMaker, Lambda, Glue) to accelerate the model lifecycle through AI-driven automation in documentation and data processes. • Design and maintain project dashboards, progress reports, summary presentations, and trackers to provide comprehensive visibility into initiative status, resource utilization, and regulatory adherence for senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with quantitative underpinning
- 1+ years' experience or in lieu of a degree 3+ years' of relevant experience
