Job Title : Manager – Strategy Experience : 5–6 Years Qualification : MBA (Finance / Marketing preferred) Location : Delhi Department : Strategy / Business Planning Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and smart Manager – Strategy to support leadership in driving strategic initiatives, business planning, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and exceptional presentation skills to translate insights into impactful strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities • Support development and execution of business and corporate strategy initiatives • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and financial analysis to support decision-making • Prepare high-quality presentations (PPTs) for leadership reviews, board meetings, and stakeholders • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure alignment on strategic priorities • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking of strategic projects • Manage internal and external stakeholders , ensuring timely communication and follow-ups • Track KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and highlight key insights and risks • Support new business initiatives, growth opportunities, and process improvement projects Desired Skills & Competencies • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint expertise is mandatory) • Effective stakeholder management and coordination abilities • Good understanding of financials, business models, and market dynamics • High energy, proactive, detail-oriented, and smart in execution • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Candidate Profile • MBA in Finance or Marketing from a reputed institute • 5–6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business planning, or corporate strategy roles • Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams • Hands-on experience in data analysis and presentation for decision-making
