We’re Hiring | Manager – Strategy & M&A We’re looking for a Manager – Strategy & M&A to drive high-impact strategic initiatives and lead end-to-end M&A execution within the e-commerce / consumer sector. What you’ll do: • Drive corporate strategy and 3–5 year growth roadmap • Evaluate M&A, investments, and partnerships (buy-side) • Lead financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence • Prepare IC/Board decks and work closely with CXOs • Support deal closure and post-merger integration What we’re looking for: • MBA from a premium B-school • 5–7 years in Strategy Consulting / IB / PE-VC / Corporate Strategy • Strong hands-on M&A execution experience • Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
