Average 5 to 10 buildings will be launched per year and 1000+ units will be delivered year on year. Between 30 to 50 acres of land going under livability every year. Job Description: • Preparation of Project Execution Strategy and ensure start of construction work. • Coordinate with internal departments such as Liaison, Design, Budget, Contract, CM, HPM and ensure closure. • Monitor and control customer satisfaction score. • Ensure handover between CM and HPM team. • Prepare Risk Management Plan along with risk identifications, mitigation strategies, occurrence schedule etc. • Tracking of special projects and Project Close out. • Ensuring Liveability for customers in coordination with HPM & CM team. • Monitoring and tracking of construction milestones, sales inventory etc. • Drive and ensure closure of customer complains in coordination with design & HPM. • Preparation of MIS reports. • Coordinate for CFO and OC and ensure timely closure. • Ensure main livability parameter such as power, water, STP, Parking, MGL etc. at place before possession. • Candidate should have knowledge of township and related ancillary structures.
