Position Title: Manager- T&D Function: Learning & Development Reporting to: Sr Manager/ AGM / DGM Location: Mumbai Brief Job Description: • Facilitate soft/behavioral/ technical learning programs • Assess Training Needs by gathering information about the current level of competencies of participants • Design and develop Training and Development programs based on both the organizations and the individual's needs • Design session flow to achieve objectives of behavioural training • Responsible for rolling out the Training Calendar for the Organisation • Content creation for training & maintaining training libraries • Provide feedback to management to assist in the development of training programs that positively impact department performance improvement goals • Maintain and create dashboards for compliance trackers with details • Create & evaluate effectiveness of training solutions • Vendor management as per the requirement Job Purpose: • The position ensures all Learning and Capability Development requirements for Alembic Pharmaceuticals is delivered end-to-end. Skills required: • Strong industry knowledge and Subject Matter Expertise • Strong communication skills • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills • Creative and adaptable Educational Qualification: • B.Pharm/ M.Pharm Preferred and Post Graduate Work Experience: • 5- 7 years.
