Location: Mumbai Department: Campus Partnerships & College Success Experience: 2–3 years Type: Full-time Role Overview The Manager – TPO & Campus Relations will be responsible for engaging Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) across India, onboarding new colleges, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partner campuses. The role ensures smooth coordination between colleges, students, and the ZigMe employer network while driving adoption of assessments, job postings, events, and placement activities. This is a key stakeholder-facing role suited for a proactive, organized, and relationship-driven professional. Key Responsibilities 1. New College Acquisition Identify and onboard new colleges into the ZigMe ecosystem. Reach out to TPOs and decision-makers to present ZigMe’s offerings, demo platform features, and explain campus hiring workflows. Drive sign-ups, assessments adoption, and placement participation. 2. Relationship Management With Existing Partner Colleges Maintain regular communication with TPOs to keep them informed about job drives, assessments, events, and employer requirements. Ensure ongoing engagement of students in assessments, digital proficiency tests, Zigme tools, and readiness activities. Resolve TPO queries quickly and maintain high satisfaction levels. 3. Coordination for Placement Drives & Assessments Work closely with internal teams to coordinate job postings, pre-placement activities, assessments, speed interviews, and hiring timelines. Ensure colleges share updated data, CVs, student lists, and deadlines as required for employer processes. 4. Event & Engagement Support Support ZigMe-led webinars, PrepMe sessions, workshops, demo days, and hiring events hosted for colleges. Encourage participation and ensure strong turnouts. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of outreach, onboarding status, college engagement metrics, and student participation. Prepare weekly updates for the leadership team on pipeline and progress. Desired Skills & Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in business development, campus relations, TPO engagement, educational partnerships, ed-tech, training & placement support, or student-facing roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with TPOs, faculty, and students. Ability to handle multiple colleges simultaneously with strong organizational discipline. Basic understanding of campus hiring cycles, job readiness programs, and fresher placement patterns. Self-driven, dependable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
