Job Description This multi-faceted role requires quick thinking and proficiency in building, and executing, on detailed learning plans as well as an overall knack for interaction, in-person training and Learning quality analysis for a team of on ground Teacher Partners. You’ll be tasked with scaling learning modules in an innovative way at a company that’s growing like crazy and changing constantly. Our Cuemath Teacher Partners (CTPs) are all about business and as entrepreneurs they drive their centres with support from our teams, and as a Learning Manager, you would be ensuring that these Teacher Partners (CTPs) can continuously provide world class support to our target audience. This role is about building a solid foundation for our Partner Learning program, scaling it beyond what is today, and pre-empting what it will need to be tomorrow. Key Responsibilities • Build an efficient and scalable learning program that facilitates the evolution of our partners. • Create and develop a culture of learning and constant improvement by working with Teacher Buddies (Cuebuddy). • Evaluate the onboarded teacher partners for required skills and assess fitment. • Work cross functionally to improve learning experience and knowledge of internal and external tools and products. • Facilitate learning programs to develop participants' competences and to help learners meet specified performance expectations. • Modify training programs, as necessary, to ensure consistency with business and quality standards. • Collaborate with central leadership team regarding training needs, curriculum design, development, and delivery to create relevant solutions for the business. • Monitor linkage between curriculum and improved learner job performance, and coach participants back on the job, ensuring that learning translates to performance, and conduct additional research prior to leading change initiatives. • Evaluate learning and use evaluation and feedback to upgrade learning and/or develop additional material. • Ensure learning schedules and calendars are administered and maintain participant records during training. • Perform Root Cause Analysis for non-performing teacher partners & put in place effective closed-loop corrective actions as & when necessary to drive results. • Perform Needs Analysis of teacher partners through observation, Cluster Manager (CM) feedback, analysis of business metrics, etc. • Ensure effective and timely communication of all results within the team. Experience Required: 3-4 years of experience in process training role. Qualifications: MBA or any other Post Graduate Degree Training Certification Skills Required: • Good motivational skills plus verbal and written communication skills, strong command over English Language. • High level of initiative and extremely motivated. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment. • Ability to communicate an open, positive and straight-forward message to both internal/external customers and colleagues in a timely manner. • Flexible and adaptable with working hours to support the business needs and to cover any gaps in meeting customer demands. • Display a 'can do' spirit towards customers, peers, colleagues, management, products & tools when dealing with ambiguity and respond positively to changing business needs. • Ability to effectively identify and resolve problems/issues encountered (technical, process, people, etc). Skills Desired • Prior people training experience for a process • Flair to evaluate people through probing & exceptional listening • Experience in doing Training needs analysis for the internal team • Experience in developing training content and manuals • Excellent relationship building & understanding of target audience
