Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Treasury based in Mumbai. The Manager - Treasury will oversee the organization's treasury operations, including managing cash flow, investments, and foreign exchange transactions. The role involves developing and implementing financial strategies, analyzing market trends, forecasting financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Manager will also collaborate with various teams to optimize financial resources and minimize risks. Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of treasury operations, including cash flow management, investment management, and foreign exchange. • Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and market trend analysis. • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in financial management. • Proficiency in financial software tools and platforms. • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred. • Prior experience in treasury or financial management roles, especially in the foreign exchange sector, is highly desirable.
