Education & Qualifications • Mandatory: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) • Graduation is compulsory • Non-technical graduation in Finance & Accounts stream: • B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance) or equivalent • Preferred Qualifications: • Chartered Accountant (CA) • CFA • Master’s degree in Finance Must-Have Skills • Strong experience supporting Senior Management and Finance/Treasury Heads with analytics • Exceptional accuracy, precision, and organizational skills • Proven experience leading a team of 15+ FTEs • Excellent people management and stakeholder management skills • Strong client management skills with demonstrated positive outcomes • Good understanding of customer business requirements • Strong market and industry knowledge Good-to-Have Skills • FRM (Financial Risk Manager) certification from GARP • Hedge accounting and related tax impact accounting • Preparation of Weighted Average Cost of Debt and WACC calculations • Preparation of TOFA (Taxation of Financial Arrangements) workings Key Responsibilities • Manage interest rate swaps, cashflow and FX valuation, and hedge accounting • Ensure treasury reporting, policy compliance, and governance • Oversee cash management and fund movements • Prepare, guide, and drive cashflow forecasting • Implement and manage working capital management processes • Provide treasury back-office support • Use and manage Treasury Management Systems (TMS), including issue resolution • Develop treasury models and financial analysis to support strategic initiatives • Handle capitalization and amortization of borrowing costs • Perform credit risk analysis under IFRS 9 • Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and explain variances • Financial accounting for hedges and derivatives as per IFRS 7 & IFRS 9 • Review general ledger and manage month-end accruals • Prepare monthly treasury and risk management reports • Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports • Implement and manage Business Intelligence tools and dashboard reporting • Analyze complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations to management
