About the job
Manager, Trust & Statutory Compliances Reports to : Chief Manager - HRSS Job Purpose To manage end-to-end activities related to all the Pension Trusts & PF Trusts To deal with Beneficiaries, LIC, Subsidiary Companies of e / w and other Stake Holders including 3rd Party Vendors etc. To ensure annual accounting, auditing and completion of all the statutory compliances by the Trusts To ensure all the activities related to Payroll Compliance To deal with 3rd Party Vendor for development and operation of Portal for Pension Trusts To manage operation of Retiree Portal to be developed Requirements Graduate. Preference will be given to candidate, holding MBA / Post graduation diploma in Finance / Human Resource Management 7-9 years of experience in managing Pension or similar type of Trusts Experience in dealing with EPFO and / or other Statutory enforcement agencies is an added advantage Experience in the aviation sector is an added advantage
