Manager – Warehouse Supply Chain

About the job

Key Responsibilities: Warehouse & 3PL Management • Oversee operations at company warehouses and 3PL sites. • Conduct periodic site visits, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in dispatch TAT and operational efficiency. • Lead efficiency and cost optimization from time to time. Audit & Compliance • Represent warehouse operations during internal/external audits. • Manage documentation, CAPA closures, regulatory reporting, and statutory submissions. Inventory & Order Management • Maintain inventory health. • Support new product launches through SAP setup. Vendor & Freight Management • Lead vendor onboarding, SLA renewals, and contract execution with Legal and QA. • Optimize freight cost and maintain defined freight-to-sales benchmarks.
