Key Responsibilities: Digital Payments and Digital Lending • Lead research efforts to understand market trends in digital payments and lending. • Work on solution capabilities, technology architecture and innovative solutions to enhance digital payment and lending products. • Keep track of the latest developments in the payments and lending sector across the Globe and suggest solutions for replication in India • Enhancing compliance and risk framework for Digital payment and lending solutions in India Merchant Onboarding and Promotion • Conduct market research on merchant needs and preferences in digital payment systems. • Research and implement how the onboarding process for new merchants can be made more efficient International Payments • Lead research efforts on digital payment and lending solutions in targeted countries • Develop solutions and strategies, on how India's learnings can be replicated in targeted countries Financial Inclusion • Conduct in-depth analysis and research on financial inclusion strategies and initiatives. • Design solutions and implement programs to enhance access to financial services in underserved communities. Report and Presentation Development • Requirements gathering and process design • Effectively translate data findings into insights that can be easily understood by clients • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive reports and presentations. • Create client-ready deliverables in a timely and efficient manner Internal Coordination • Work closely with senior management to understand project requirements. • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between various internal teams.
