Responsibilities • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity • Handle end-to-end process management, ensuring smooth workflow execution and optimization • Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams to achieve targets and maintain high performance • Act as a quick decision-maker in resolving operational challenges and escalations • Maintain quality standards for ... vendor profiles and ensure adherence to quality assurance processes • Implement and monitor quality assurance frameworks across operations • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in daily operations • Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective coordination and service delivery • Leverage strong vendor management and customer support experience to enhance service quality • Coordinate closely with business teams to align operational activities with organizational goals • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures • Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies • Drive process improvement initiatives and automation where possible • Prepare reports and present operational insights to senior management • Assist in training new team members or vendor-facing staff on guidelines and best practices to improve quality. • Conduct regular audits of approved vendor listings to ensure continued compliance with platform standards. • Work closely with the vendor acquisition and support teams to drive quality improvement initiatives. • Maintain detailed records and reports, highlighting areas of concern or improvement.
