About the role We are looking for a result-driven operator to lead end-to-end manufacturing- fabrication, PCB Assembly, Testing, Inventory and logistics. The role will drive production excellence, cost optimization, inventory control, and field reliability while working closely with R&D and cross-functional teams. What You'll Do • Own production across fabrication, SMT, THT PCB Assembly, testing, and dispatch to deliver predictable output at scale. • Define and scale manufacturing capacity through structured planning, lean principles, and continuous productivity improvement. • Lead new product introductions and industrialization with strong DFM/DFA, ensuring smooth transition from prototype to high-volume production. • Drive inventory accuracy, ERP discipline, FIFO, and compliant, efficient dispatch and logistics operations. • Own product quality, field reliability, cost reduction, and compliance through data-driven improvement and closed-loop RCA/CAPA. What We're Looking For • 6-12 years of experience in electronics manufacturing focused on scale ups/ NPI. • B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical. MBA preferred. • Exposure to EMS + mechanical fabrication + stores/logistics. • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments — ready to build the playbook, not just follow one.
