Role Description The Managing Director will oversee key operations, strategic planning, and the execution of goals for Infosys Springboard. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, building partnerships, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision, and measuring the impact of initiatives. The role also involves representing the program at various forums and expanding its reach. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. Qualifications• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide diverse teams.• Strategic planning and project management experience, with a track record of achieving organizational objectives.• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and relationship management.• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.• Proficient in understanding education policies, technology-driven learning solutions, and skill development strategies.• Proven experience in education, social impact programs, or similar fields is highly desirable.• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred.• Passion for creating social impact and driving sustainable learning and development initiatives.
