Role : Mandarin Speaking Client Relations Manager – E-Commerce What You'll Do: • Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese clients • Pitch Valuecart's business model to prospective Chinese brands • Build and maintain long-term client relationships • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing & product teams • Identify upselling and growth opportunities within accounts • Monitor market trends and client feedback What We're Looking For: • Any Graduate / Post Graduate • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese & English (written + spoken) — mandatory • Prior experience in client relations or account management • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
