Manual Data Analyst – Advanced Excel (WFH) Experience: 1–2 Years Location: Remote (WFH) Mode of Engagement: Full-time No of Positions: 5 Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Industry: IT / Software Services / Data Analytics Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred What We Are Looking For: • Strong expertise in Advanced Excel ... functions : Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Nested IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Text Functions, and Advanced Charting. • Proficiency in data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques for large datasets. • Ability to prepare reports, MIS dashboards, and data summaries with high accuracy. • Familiarity with tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau will be a good to have. Responsibilities: • Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Apply Advanced Excel techniques (Power Query, Lookups, Conditional Formatting, Data Consolidation, Dynamic Named Ranges, Array Formulas). • Build and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analytical reports. • Conduct descriptive data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and insights. • Collaborate with teams to support business decision-making through data-driven insights. • Ensure data quality standards and documentation for reporting processes. Qualifications: • 1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst / MIS Analyst / Reporting Analyst. • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Power Query, INDEX-MATCH, Nested IFs, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, Text-to-Columns, Data Validation, Advanced Charting. • Hands-on experience with data cleaning, deduplication, and transformation. • Basic exposure to SQL queries and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau) is an advantage. • Excellent analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
