As the Marketing and Communications Senior Manager at BVLGARI, you will play a vital role in translating the global strategy of BVLGARI to the Indian market. You will be responsible for leading a skilled team to create and execute innovative marketing and communications campaigns that enhance the prestige of our brand and boost sales. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with global directives and caters to local marketing requirements. - Maintain a strong brand identity and positioning across various touchpoints, including digital, print, and experiential mediums. - Stay abreast of emerging trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and forward-thinking. - Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives. - Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to create compelling marketing materials for advertising, social media, and print. - Monitor the marketing budget and assess the ROI of all activities to optimize resource allocation. - Cultivate and nurture relationships with key celebrities, influencers, thought leaders, and media partners. - Develop strategic PR plans to enhance visibility and topicality. - Generate market-specific content that strikes a balance between global standards and local relevance. - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies encompassing social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM. - Enhance the brand's website and e-commerce platform to drive traffic and conversions. - Utilize data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns and drive data-informed decisions. - Organize high-profile events such as fashion shows, trunk shows, and VIP experiences. - Manage event budgets and logistics for seamless execution. - Lead and motivate a team of marketing and communications professionals. - Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to foster a collaborative and creative work environment. - Allocate budgets strategically in alignment with local priorities and maximize efficacy. - Ensure timely reporting to regional and global stakeholders. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant role. - Successful track record in managing 360-degree MARCOM mandates, preferably within a luxury brand or a global consumer-facing brand. - In-depth understanding of the luxury market and consumer behavior. - Strong leadership and management abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics. - Passion for luxury and attention to detail. - Advanced PowerPoint skills.
