About the job

You are an experienced and driven Marketing and Sales Executive specializing in export markets within the dyes and chemicals industry. Your role involves developing and expanding the company's export business, identifying potential clients, distributors, and agents internationally, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality. Additionally, you will conduct market analysis, attend global events, meet sales targets, and create tailored marketing campaigns for various export regions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and expand the company's export business in the dyes and chemicals sector. - Identify and engage potential clients, distributors, and agents in international markets. - Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, quality control) to ensure on-time delivery and product quality. - Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform sales strategy. - Attend global trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote products and build business relationships. - Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular sales reports and forecasts. - Create and implement marketing campaigns tailored to various export regions. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the dyes and chemicals industry. - Strong knowledge of international trade practices, export documentation, and logistics. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple international clients and projects. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Willingness to travel internationally when required.
