Job Description Job Title: Marketing Assistant – Valves & Hygienic Fittings Location: Vasai (On-site) Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years (B2B Industrial Exposure Preferred) Industry: Industrial Valves, Hygienic Fittings & Precision Components Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support B2B marketing and sales operations. The role requires handling customer communication, preparing techno-commercial quotations, coordinating internally for order execution, and assisting in lead generation activities across domestic and export markets. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in industrial sales and technical marketing. Key Responsibilities • Prepare techno-commercial quotations, proposals, and product documentation • Respond to customer inquiries via email, calls, and B2B portals • Coordinate with production and purchase teams for order status and dispatch follow-ups • Maintain enquiry records, CRM updates, and customer databases • Send introduction emails and follow-ups to potential clients • Assist in export documentation coordination and domestic order processing • Support LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation • Assist in catalog development, datasheets, and marketing materials • Track enquiries systematically and support conversion into confirmed orders • Support exhibitions, tenders, and promotional campaigns Required Skills • Basic understanding of mechanical or industrial products (valves/fittings preferred) • Good written and verbal English communication • Proficiency in MS Excel and email drafting • Ability to understand drawings, product specifications, and technical terms • Strong follow-up and coordination skills Preferred (Not Mandatory) • Mechanical / Production / Industrial background • Internship or experience in manufacturing / B2B sales Key Traits We Value • Detail-oriented and disciplined • Consistent follow-up mindset • Ownership-driven approach • Willingness to learn technical products • Professional communication skills
