Job Title: Marketing Associate (Fresher-Friendly) 📍 Location: Coimbatore (On-site Role) About Maximus Labs: Maximus Labs is an AI-first growth and visibility agency helping B2B SaaS and AI startups rank across AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. • We specialize in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) >> the next evolution of SEO. • Our work is focused on real business outcomes: inbound leads, pipeline impact, and revenue >> not vanity metrics. • We work closely with founders, growth teams, and product marketers at early- and growth-stage companies. Role Overview: Marketing Associate: This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career candidates who want to build a strong foundation in modern digital marketing, AI search, and content-led growth. You’ll be trained hands-on in: • Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) • AI-first content strategy • Research-driven marketing • B2B SaaS growth fundamentals No prior AEO experience required >> curiosity, discipline, and execution mindset matter more. Key Responsibilities • Research user questions, buyer intent, and search behavior across AI platforms • Assist in creating and optimizing content for AI & search visibility • Support SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives (training provided) • Work on content briefs, FAQs, comparison pages, and research documents • Analyze content performance and assist in optimization cycles • Collaborate with founders and senior strategists on live client projects Required Skills & Traits • Strong written English (clarity > fancy words) • Curiosity about AI, search, and digital marketing • Willingness to learn and take feedback • Basic understanding of how Google/search works (even at a high level) • Ability to research, think logically, and document findings • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Good-to-Have Skills (Not Mandatory) • Basic SEO knowledge (keywords, search intent, on-page SEO) • Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Sheets, Notion • Interest in SaaS, startups, or AI products • Prior content writing, blogging, or marketing internships • Exposure to ChatGPT, Perplexity, or other AI tools What You’ll Gain • Direct exposure to cutting-edge AI search strategies • Founder-led mentorship and real client work • Strong career foundation in modern growth marketing • Opportunity to grow into AEO/GEO strategist, content lead, or growth roles
