Role Description The Marketing Associate – E-commerce is a full-time on-site position based in Delhi. The Marketing Associate will support the planning and execution of e-commerce marketing strategies across marketplaces and D2C platforms. The role involves driving online sales growth, analysing campaign performance, conducting market research, and coordinating marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility and revenue. The Associate will collaborate closely with internal teams to optimise campaigns, improve customer engagement, and ensure smooth execution of digital marketing projects. Qualifications • 1–3 years in E-commerce / Performance Marketing. • Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads. • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills. • Deep understanding of CTR, ACoS, ROAS, CPC. • Ability to work in a high-speed, high-accountability setup. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business or similar. Key Responsibilities • Assist in executing e-commerce marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C platforms • Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) • Support listing optimization, keyword research, and content updates • Coordinate with designers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for campaign execution • Track sales performance and prepare reports for management review • Contribute to revenue growth through data-driven marketing decisions • Lead interns.
