Details mentioned below : About our client: Ourclient is a fast-growing clinical research organisation (CRO) headquartered in Singapore with operations across Asia-Pacific. The company partners with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sponsors to deliver clinical development, pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and technology-enabled research solutions. Role Overview We are seeking a creative and execution-focused Marketing & Branding Executive to support our brand positioning, digital marketing initiatives, and business development enablement activities. The role will focus on content creation, social media management, marketing collateral development, event coordination, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels. Key Responsibilities • Develop marketing content including brochures, capability decks, website content, and corporate presentations • Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communication materials • Support development of case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership content • Manage LinkedIn page and other digital channels • Plan and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility • Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements • Support BD team with proposal formatting, visuals, and marketing collateral • Assist in preparing conference materials, banners, and promotional content • Coordinate participation in conferences, webinars, and networking events • Support event branding, invitations, and follow-up campaigns • Coordinate updates to company website and digital content • Support press releases, announcements, and milestone communications Qualifications & Experience • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing • Experience in healthcare / CRO / pharmaceutical / B2B services preferred • Strong skills in PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools • Understanding of social media marketing and content planning • Good written and verbal communication skills Key Competencies • Creativity with strong execution discipline • Attention to detail and brand sensitivity • Ability to work in fast-growing environment • Team collaboration mindset • Proactive and ownership-driven attitude Why Join us • Opportunity to build global brand visibility for a fast-growing CRO • Exposure to international conferences and strategic initiatives • Fast learning and career growth • Collaborative and entrepreneurial culture
